Meet Courtney

I’m Courtney Dettinger, founder of Timeless Health & Wellness. I am an adult nurse practitioner with over ten years of experience in healthcare. Not long into my nursing career I felt called to expand my impact by focusing on prevention, education and long-term wellness. I had the desire to care for people before they became ill, so I went on earn my Master’s Degree and Nurse Practitioner Certification with the idea that I could spend time with patients, developing real care plans and providing education about how to be well. I quickly learned that becoming a NP working in conventional medicine still did not align with the deeper purpose I was seeking in nursing.

I identified the many aspects that traditional health care is lacking, specifically addressing underlying causes and prevention of chronic disease. Too often, the answer is a quick-fix with a pill or a lab value that is simply “monitored” until it crosses the line into disease, finally warranting medication. What about the months or even years when a patient was told everything looked “normal”, even through they didn’t feel like themselves.

This is where my passion for disease prevention comes in. I believe those in-between stages matter. I believe symptoms are signals, not nuisances to be ignored. Not only is disease prevention something I am passionate about but I also want to help others reverse disease because so many chronic diseases can be reversed or significantly improved through lifestyle changes and ultimately, addressing the root cause. I believe the body was beautifully and purposefully designed by God- with the ability to heal, adapt and find balance even in the midst of illness.

I found Functional Medicine and recognized that this approach to healthcare could make a real impact on our community.  It reignited the passion I have for helping people feel their best.

I’m honored to partner with you in the journey of restoring vitality and well-being through personalized care and faith-driven guidance. No matter your diagnosis or health history, there is always a path forward to discover wellness and wholeness through every stage of your health journey.
